01 How do I order?

You can order online via the Shop section of our website or on 01823 428588.

02 Is there a minimum order value?

There is no minimum order value, but orders under £80 are subject to a carriage fee.  Delivery is free on orders over £80.

03 Can I make changes to my order?

If you need to make changes to your order please contact us straight away and we can make adjustments for you.  If your order has already been processed, we can make changes to your order, but there will be an additional carriage cost to ship and collect any items you would like to exchange.

04 Can I place an order to a different delivery address?

Yes of course.  Please type the address you would like the order sent to in the ‘Delivery address’ section when you checkout online, or let us know the delivery address when you order by phone or email.

05 How long to orders take to be delivered?

Orders placed before 12pm are processed and shipped the same day, with next day delivery.  Orders placed after 12pm will be processed and shipped the following day.  Please allow 48 hours for delivery. 

06 Will you send me an invoice?

Yes, orders placed on the phone or via email will receive an invoice.  Orders placed online will receive an order confirmation, but feel free to contact us to request an invoice.

07 How will I know my order is dispatched?

You will receive an email from our carrier at every stage of your order’s journey, from when it is collected from us, until it is delivered safely to you.

08 Where is my order?

Upon dispatch you will have been sent a tracking email to keep you updated on the whereabouts of your order. If you have any issues with this, don’t hesitate to contact us and we can help.

09 I have a problem with my order

Unfortunately sometimes things go wrong - not often we are pleased to say! - but should you need help from our customer support team regarding a return, please contact us with the following information:

  • Account number, name or business
  • Order number
  • Full address, including postcode
  • A full description of the fault/discrepancy
  • Photographic evidence

We will endeavour to sort out any issues for you as quickly as possible.

10 How much does shipping cost?

We offer free delivery for UK mainland orders over £80. The delivery charge for orders under £80 is £8.50 (plus VAT).  Please contact us for a shipping quote for orders outside of mainland UK.

11 Do you offer overseas shipping?

Not at the moment but this may be something we explore in the future.

12 Do you do next day delivery?

Orders placed before 12pm are processed and shipped the same day, with next day delivery.  Orders placed after 12pm will be processed and shipped the following day.  Please allow 48 hours for delivery. 

13 Do you deliver on Saturdays?

We do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.  Orders placed on Friday before 12pm will be delivered the following Monday, and orders placed on Friday after 12pm will be delivered the following Tuesday.

14 What happens if I'm not home to accept my delivery?

If you are not home to accept your delivery it will be left with a neighbour, and a photo and note of this uploaded to your carrier tracking.

15 Can I change the delivery destination, if I'm not going to be in?

Yes, you can change the delivery destination of your order, or arrange for the order to be left in a safe place. After the carrier has picked up your parcel from us they will send a text and email telling you how to do this. However, please note that any changes add an extra 24 hours onto delivery, as the carrier re-routes the parcel back to the depot.

16 I have a problem with the delivery of my order

17 What is your returns policy?

18 How do I return an item?

Please contact us with any problems as per our returns policy, and we can arrange a collection of your return.

19 When will I receive my refund?

If you have contacted us regarding any issues and we have agreed a refund, please allow 3-5 working days for it to be returned to your bank account.
