Tracey Smith is the founder of Ashmira Botanica and a highly respected therapist, trainer, healer and spa industry professional with over 35 years experience in the world of beauty, wellbeing and professional spa treatments.

Having spent her life immersed in the industry, Tracey brings a rare depth of knowledge, intuition and real-life understanding to everything she creates. Her journey began at an early age, growing up alongside her father who worked for a waxing brand. Surrounded by the passion, energy and dedication of beauty professionals, Tracey developed a deep love for the industry and was inspired to follow in the footsteps of those who shaped her earliest experiences.

Today, Tracey leads Ashmira Botanica with a clear and heartfelt purpose: to support heart-led therapists, spa professionals and wellness practitioners with treatments and skincare that deliver real results for the skin, the spirit and the senses.

Inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Five Elements, Tracey has created a transformational range of vegan, plant-based skincare, handcrafted in the UK in small batches. Each product is designed to nourish the skin, support emotional wellbeing and bring a deeper sensory experience to professional treatments and everyday rituals.

As a therapist, trainer, healer and founder, Tracey understands the needs of the professionals she supports because she has walked in their shoes. Her work is grounded in real experience, deep wisdom and a passion for helping others thrive.

Through Ashmira Botanica, Tracey offers more than skincare. She creates professional sensory treatments, mindful meridian massage rituals, elemental facials, the immersive Pure Alchemy ritual and the powerful Sonic Energy Treatment, a vibrational experience blending sound, touch and intention for whole-body healing.

She also works closely with spas to co-create signature treatments that reflect their unique story, energy and values, helping them elevate their client experience while standing apart in the luxury wellness space.

Tracey’s approach is deeply collaborative. Through hands-on training and mentoring, she empowers therapists with the confidence, tools and inspiration to grow both personally and professionally. Alongside professional skincare and treatment development, she also supports spas with ideas and guidance to help attract, engage and retain the right clientele.
