A beautiful steamed green tea from Enshi in China's Hubei province, selected to represent the nurturing energy of Earth. Unlike most Chinese green teas, Enshi Yulu is steamed rather than pan-fired, helping to preserve its vivid green character and creating a beautifully fresh, soft and elegant cup. Our current tea is grown high in the Wuling Mountains, where the leaves are carefully harvested and processed to retain their distinctive character. We chose it for Earth - the Element associated with nourishment, stability, centredness and the feeling of being supported. A tea for slowing down, finding your centre and returning to yourself.
